Disaster Risk Management Specialist / World Bank
Cécile Arnaud Lorillou is a Municipal Engineer and a Disaster Risk Management Specialist. She has 18 years of experience in coordinating development projects supporting urban resilience in developing countries notably in West Africa and the Caribbean, with a focus on projects aiming at shaping the urban landscape and services for greater resilience to shocks. She has been dedicated to supporting governmental actors and civil society organizations to adapt to the growing effects of climate change as they relate to cities’ greening, urban agriculture, and Food security. She holds a master’s degree in Agronomy and international development from McGill University and SupAgro in France.
