Gustavo Manrique Miranda is Minister of Environment, Water and Ecological transition in Ecuador. Gustavo participated in consultancies for 2,000 environmental projects. He has successfully led different executive positions: Founder of Total Environmental Solutions S.A. SAMBITO, Founder and President of the International Environment Summit – CIMA, Founder and President of the Green Latin America Awards, Founder of the EARTH Graduates Association, first graduate to be a Member of the Board of Directors of the EARTH University Foundation. He was Chairman of the Board of Directors of CORPEI, Founder and President of Agrícola Industrial Tropical Ecuador and Colombia, Founding Partner of the OLETNAT Wastewater Treatment Plant, Promoter of Seginus Non-profit Corporation for the recycling of used tires and Recoil, the first management model for used lubricating oils in the country.
