Senior Vice President of R&D at AeroFarms
Stacy holds Masters and Ph.D. degrees in Food Science from The Pennsylvania State University and a B.S degree in Food and Nutrition Science from Indiana University of Pennsylvania. She has 23 years of experience in new product innovation, commercialization, new technology development and strategic planning with Fortune 500 food and technology start-up companies. In her current role as Senior Vice President of R&D at AeroFarms, she is responsible for innovation in new and existing categories, technology platform expansion, data analytics and intellectual property strategy. Prior to joining AeroFarms Stacy spent 8 years with the Campbell’s Soup Company where she held various roles with increasing responsibility including leading R&D for their $1.8B US retail soup business.
