Cecilie Marisa Clarke-Marshall brings over 35 years of expertise as a development and environmental professional, specializing in Caribbean development issues. Her comprehensive knowledge encompasses community engagement, environmental and social impact assessment, land-use planning, and natural resource management in both the public and private sector. For the past 11 years, Marisa has contributed her talents to various roles within the International Federation of Red Cross and Red Crescent Societies (IFRC). Currently serving as the Coordinator of Partnerships and Planning for the Dutch and English-Speaking Caribbean, she holds overarching responsibility for strategic engagements, partnership cultivation, and resource mobilization, alongside monitoring and evaluation activities. Additionally, Marisa leads a team of Subject Matter Experts in Disaster Law, Disaster Risk Management, Climate Change and Environmental Sustainability, driving initiatives in climate-smart programming and community resilience throughout the region.
