Charles-Antoyne is currently working as an Urban Finance Specialist at the World Bank Group (within the City Resilience Program which aims to catalyze investments in urban resilience in emerging markets and to empower cities to access additional funding and financing resources).
He is providing World Bank Group task teams and their city clients access to (i) in-house technical and operational experience, (ii) tools and materials to help guide engagements, (iii) a global network of international development partners, (iv) access to viability gap financing and guarantees and, (v) experiential learning opportunities between cities.
Before that, he worked for CMS Francis Lefebvre Avocats for several years as a lawyer. He specializes in project finance and PPP/PFI projects (advising financial institutions and borrowers on French and cross border transactions, particularly in the infrastructure and energy sectors).
He is also a lecturer at ESCP Business School.
