Mr. Kamolzoda has dedicated the past 29 years to advancing disaster management in Tajikistan. His expertise encompasses disaster risk reduction and assessment, emergency damage evaluation, protection of populations and territories, as well as radiation, chemical, and biological protection and uranium waste recycling. Mr. Kamolzoda has played a pivotal role in the development of a National Platform on Disaster Risk Reduction (DRR) and the National Strategy on DRR in Tajikistan. Additionally, he has published numerous research articles on the application of DRR in disaster management and related fields. He holds a Ph.D. in Uranium Waste Recycling Engineering from the National Academy of Sciences of Tajikistan and an M.Bio. degree from Tajik National University, Dushanbe.
