John Harding is the Head of the Climate Risk and Early Warning Systems (CREWS) Secretariat at the World Meteorological Organization (WMO).  He has been working for 25 years developing and managing projects and programs in developing countries on resilience, climate change and the risk of disasters. He has held positions at the United Nations in Geneva, New York, Haiti, Albania, Pakistan and with the World Bank in Washington DC.
