Over the past 13 years, Kerri has worked with multilateral development banks, NGOs, and micro, small and medium sized enterprises in strategic communication and program management roles. She is a Senior Communications Consultant with the World Bank’s Global Facility for Disaster Reduction and Recovery specializing in disaster risk finance, disaster risk management and climate change adaptation. In her role, she manages the development of communication plans, multimedia communications products, and compelling impact stories that support governments and teams with product launch and project implementation. She also advises technical analytics teams on the translation of complex data into viable products that benefit end users. Kerri has also worked with the Caribbean Development Bank, providing communication advisory support to community-level disaster risk reduction projects; and with The Links, Incorporated, a non-profit organization, where she managed communications for national-level partnerships and programs and spearheaded development of an online evaluation tool for the organization’s community-based programs. Kerri holds an MBA from the University of Virginia’s Darden Business School and a BA in Broadcast Journalism from Howard University in Washington, DC.
