Senior Disaster Risk Management SpecialistNatsuko Kikutake is a Senior Disaster Risk Management (DRM) Specialist at the World Bank working on the climate, disaster, and urban resilience portfolio in the South Asia Region. She brings operational and analytical experience in leading interdisciplinary teams and navigating complex client ecosystems for climate and disaster resilient urban policies, planning and development. Natsuko is an urban planner and strategist with over 15 years of experience in sustainable development in over 30 countries across Asia, the Pacific, Africa, Europe, and North America. Prior to joining the World Bank, she was in the private sector managing large-scale projects on urban infrastructure and service delivery, infrastructure finance and PPPs, smart cities and IoT. Natsuko has a B.SE in Systems Engineering and B.A in Architecture from the University of Pennsylvania and a Master of Architecture and Urban Design from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology.
