Noel Raboy is currently the President and CEO of CLIMBS Life and General Insurance Cooperative, which is a cooperative that provides insurance coverage for its members, a leading insurance cooperative in the country and is known for its innovative products and services. Noel Raboy has been working in the Cooperative sector for over 20 years and has become an advocate for the promotion of cooperatives as a means of achieving economic development and social progress. He has a deep understanding of the importance of cooperatives in creating opportunities for underprivileged communities and promoting financial inclusivity. A Climate advocate and social protection specialist whose passion and expertise contribute to achieving social and environmental goals. Raboy is known for his commitment to promoting the principles and values of cooperatives and has been recognized for his contributions to the Cooperative sector in the Philippines. He continues to work towards the development of insurance cooperatives and their role in providing financial security and stability to their members. Mr. Raboy is a founding trustee of the Cooperative College of the Philippines, Concurrent Chair of the CLIMBS Mutual Fund. He has a degree in Sociology from Xavier University, He earned his MBA at the University of San Carlos and several executive educations in Singapore and United Kingdom and IMD Business School in Switzerland.
