International Federation of Red Cross and Red Crescent Societies (IFRC)

With over 12 years of experience in the educational and knowledge management industry, I currently serve as the Manager of the Caribbean Disaster Risk Management (CADRIM) Reference Centre at the International Federation of Red Cross and Red Crescent Societies (IFRC). In this role, I lead a team of subject matter experts dedicated to enhancing the capacities of 13 Caribbean National Societies. Our efforts are focused on conducting research, managing knowledge and information, delivering training, and adapting tools and methodologies in community resilience, disaster risk reduction, and preparedness.

Previously, I worked at the University of the West Indies-Arthur Lok Jack Global School of Business as a Programme Director for the Bachelor of International and Sustainable Business program. I hold a Master of Business Administration from Anglia Ruskin University, UK, and a Postgraduate Certificate in Authentic Business Education from the University of the West Indies. As a travel enthusiast, I enjoy exploring the world and embracing new adventures, believing that relationships must be nurtured, not just built.
