Mr. Rogerio serves as the Secretary General of INFONAVIT, Mexico’s National Housing Fund Institute (Instituto del Fondo Nacional de la Vivienda para Los Trabajadores), facilitating access to affordable housing solutions and expanding homeownership opportunities for Mexican workers across the country. He plays a crucial role in overseeing the operations and strategic directions of the financial products and services, including mortgage loans, housing subsidies, and housing improvement programs offered by INFONAVIT as the backbone of mortgage financing for the nation.

Prior to 2018, Mr. Rogerio was a teacher by training and a politician and activist of the National Regeneration Movement. He served as a federal deputy to the Congress of the Union for Yucatan from 2015-2018 and chaired the Transparency and Anti-Corruption Commission.
