Roxanne John is a national of St. Vincent and the Grenadines and a public servant for the past 20 years. She is currently the Project Coordinator for the Volcanic Eruption Emergency Project (VEEP) in the Ministry of Finance, Economic Planning and information Technology. Her substantive post is Senior Project Officer in the same Ministry with the core responsibility of managing the implementation of the Government's Public Sector Investment Programme (PSIP) including regional and international donor funded agencies’ projects. Previously, she would have served as the local Project Coordinator for the World Bank-funded regional programme, Caribbean Regional Communications Infrastructure Program (CARCIP). She was a Voice Secondee under the auspices of the WBG’s Voice Secondee Program (“VSP”) for six months at the World Bank, Washington-USA office in 2021. She holds a BSC in Economics with honors, MA in Economics and Postgraduate Certificate in Project Planning, Appraisal and Management.
