Command and Control: Emergency Preparedness and Response Systems from Around the World
Emergency Preparedness and Response Showcased the unique challenges from Nigeria, Romania and the United States in the growing need to use data for decision making in terms of garnering financial support for expanded disaster response needs due to climate impacts. Support from the international community is especially needed in low-income and fragile and conflict affected states where resources are limited and disaster impacts are ever growing, and globally the roles of first responders and fire service are growing due to complex fire emergencies.
