Predict to Protect: Anticipatory Action Across Hazards and Contexts

The Anticipation Hub is organising a Focus Day on Anticipatory Action, anchored in the work of the Anticipation Hub community, providing a hands-on, dynamic exploration of the challenges, solutions and innovations involved in forecasting crises.  Join us on 21 June for an interactive day on Anticipatory Action:  9:00: are you new to Anticipatory Action? Then join us for the AA Learning Modules – we’ll get you up to speed in no time! 12:00: Artificial Intelligence and Anticipatory Action – how to make the partnership work? 14:00: Learn how Anticipatory Action works in real life with card games and roleplays 15:00: Join our Government discussion on developing national Anticipatory Action frameworks – a step towards institutionalisation! 16:00: hear updates from multi-agency Working Groups on conflict, multi-risk, locally-led adaptation, PGI, and many more! We aim to foster collaboration, knowledge sharing, and networking among professionals through the Anticipation Hub’s engagement at UR24. Visit our Anticipation Hub booth to get involved!  We hope you join us for an interactive and engaging day and become part of the Anticipatory Action community!
